BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina has opened enrollments for consumers shopping without a subsidy. You can now get a quote and enroll your clients in one of our off-exchange 2022 BlueEssentials^SM , BlueExclusive^SM or NEW BlueExtend^SM plans!

Remember that consumers not eligible for subsidies can see cost-savings in BlueCross silver plans off-exchange.

How to quote & enroll non-subsidized 2022 plans: 

You need to use the Window Shopping Tool on our website to quote and enroll your clients from now until Nov. 1. After Nov. 1, you can use My Business Manager.

You can access the Window Shopping tool here.

Once in the tool:

1. Enter your client’s zip code, age and annual income
2. View plans available 
3. Select “Enroll Now” on the plan they choose.
4. Choose “Shopping without a Subsidy” to complete an application directly on the website 

Make sure you input your name and Agent ID on the application in order to get credit for the sale! ACA Open Enrollment for individuals shopping with a subsidy opens Nov. 1.
