The agent hotline will temporarily have updated hours beginning March 1, 2022. This will allow for added training to ensure agents continue receiving the best service available.

Hours of Operation

Hotline hours of operation will remain the same on Mondays and Fridays. The updated hours will be effective Tuesdays through Thursdays only, from March 1 – April 7.

Here is a list of the hotline hours for each day of the week beginning March 1: 

• Monday: 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
• Tuesday: 10 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
• Wednesday: 10 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
• Thursday: 10 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
• Friday: 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.

As a reminder, the agent hotline number is 888-481-4710 . This hotline is a resource for all agents to speak with an award-winning, knowledgeable and friendly customer service advocate who is ready to answer all of your questions regarding the Affordable Care Act.
