All 2024 Small Group and ACA Individual and Family Marketing Materials Now Available on Storefront! 

Your 2024 marketing materials are now available on Storefront! Visit Storefront to order printed copies or utilize the digital flipbook version of a brochure. 

What's New?

ACA individual and family materials on Storefront have been reorganized for easier navigation. We hope this makes Storefront an even better resource than it has been in the past!

This year, we consolidated our individual and family plans into three brochures:

• 2024 Statewide Marketplace Plans
• 2024 Regional Marketplace Plans
• 2024 Private Marketplace Plans

One sheeters are available for download of the 2023 Federal Poverty Level (FPL) chart, Member Tools and Services, which includes QR codes for My Health Toolkit, Blue CareOnDemand Powered by MDLIVE, and Blue Rewards. We also created one sheeters for the most popular plans. 

All of the materials mentioned above can be found in the “Brochures” folder on Storefront. 

Pro Storefront User Tips:

• Search Function
  • The search function does NOT appear on the Storefront home page.
  • You will see the search icon appear in the upper right of the screen once you select the "Catalog" tab.
• Password Reset
  • On the home page — click on the "Forgot Your Password" link
• Ensure your contact information is up to date
  • Select on the "My Account" tab, then "My Profile" to access and update your account information.
