We are gathering information on small groups in two different surveys. To clear up confusion, we will issue an email to group leaders explaining the differences between them. 

Here are the differences between the two surveys: 

• We sent the 2023 Pharmacy Benefits and Drug Costs Reporting (RxDC) Survey last month. In this survey, we asked for the total amount groups' employees paid toward BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina medical premiums. This survey was new this year. The Consolidated Appropriations Act required it. It came from RxDCReporting@bcbssc.com. The deadline to complete this survey has passed. 
• This month, we are sending the Medical Loss Ratio (MLR) Survey from MLR.BlueCross@bcbssc.com. This survey asks for the average number of employees in each group in 2022. The information we get in this survey helps us decide if groups qualify for a rebate. The information needed for this survey is not the same as the information we asked for in the RxDC survey. Groups can refer to the MLR survey they will receive to confirm the deadline for this survey. This survey will have MLR in the email subject line.
