If you are getting this bulletin, you have not yet integrated your Enhanced Direct Enrollment (EDE) and Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) Federally Facilitated Marketplace (FFM) accounts.*If you have already integrated your accounts, we thank you.

Agents who do not link their accounts by Feb. 24, 2023, will be locked out and not able to access basic business functionality of EDE, including: 

• Submitting, enrolling or finalizing an application.
• Updating personal information for an existing application.
• Canceling an effectuated policy for an existing application.
• Reviewing and downloading a notice on an existing application.
• Submitting a document for a follow-up on an existing application.
• Searching and claiming an application.

Linking Your Accounts

Go to the Settings tab in your EDE account to walk through the authentication process.

If your EDE and FFM accounts are not linked, you will see an alert at the top of your Clients table letting you know action is required in your Settings tab. Choose Settings and select the Integrate My FFM Account button and review the FFM Account Integration section.
