Each year, insurance companies are required to report a medical loss ratio (MLR) to state and federal agencies. Groups insured with us at any point in 2023 will receive an email containing the MLR survey to complete. 

Completing the survey each year and providing information on a group’s size helps us determine which groups qualify for rebates. Rebates are determined on an annual basis and are not guaranteed.

Group Letters and Surveys
Surveys are sent to the group leader’s email address on file.

We will send an email to group leaders providing details on completing the survey.

Group leaders should receive a confirmation email within 5 – 7 days after submission stating the MLR survey has been received and is being processed.
