Employers with Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Arrangement (ICHRA) plans will be receiving year-end information needed to complete 2023 1095-B form for their enrolled employees to report to the IRS. Reports will be viewable via the AccrueHealth employer portal. You can view the notification that will be sent to employers here.

Employers will receive an email notification letting them know the Enrolled Participants Report is available. They will be instructed to go to www.wealthcareadmin.com/default.aspx to access this year-end information and navigate to the download reports section to find the Enrolled Participant Report. This report will be generated on 12/29/23. It will provide a list of all employees enrolled or terminated in the ICHRA plan for 2023. This is the report they will use to complete their employees’ 1095s for 2023.

Another report will be generated on 1/1/2024 for 2024 reporting purposes. It will not include 2023 information.

Important Reminders for your ICHRA Members:

• Reports are only available for 30 days through the portal.
• The deadline for downloading the 2023 file is January 29, 2024.
• Employers should save these reports once they become available.
• Groups with 51+ lives (not necessarily all on an ICHRA plan) will need to complete a 1095-C form. Information needed to complete the 1095-C form can be requested through your marketing representative.
