f you are accessing the Learning Management System (LMS) via My Business Manager or direct URL, you will now have to authenticate using Microsoft Authenticator starting Sept.1. 

Why is this happening?

As part of our ongoing focus to safeguard and strengthen our security, we will be implementing MFA for agents accessing their LMS account.   

When will this be implemented?

MFA is required starting Sept.1. The linked document provides instructions to download Microsoft Authenticator and how to set up your free account.
