BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina Small Group Dental Only policy members will receive a new Dental Only ID card within the next week. The Member ID on the new ID cards will no longer begin with letters, instead it will only include numbers.

We are encouraging members to begin using their new ID card for smooth claims processing. Dental providers have been notified of the new format.

Reminder
Members can access their new Dental Only ID card by logging in to their My Health Toolkit® account once Dental Only ID cards are mailed. Access to members' accounts have not been impacted by this change.
