Challenge 1: Retention

Your first challenge will be to retain 95 percent of small groups or contracts each month during the incentive period.

Complete the challenge and receive an additional bonus payment of $50 for each renewed contract.

Challenge 2: New Group Health Plan Sales
Your second challenge will be to achieve new sales growth! Complete the challenge and receive a bonus per contract:*

Effective Date December 2023 — $100 per enrolled contract
Effective Date January 2024 — $100 per enrolled contract

* Five-contract minimum each month

Challenge 3: Dental Sales Plan
Your third challenge is all about dental!

Receive a one-time $25 bonus for each new BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina or BlueChoice HealthPlan of South Carolina dental contract with an effective date of Dec. 1, 2023, or Jan. 1, 2024.

Bonus Challenge
For every group with 10 or more enrolled contracts, receive a $250 gift card per group.

BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina and BlueChoice HealthPlan of South Carolina are independent licensees of the Blue Cross Blue Shield Association.
Only new business to BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina will be eligible for this contest. Groups switching from one division to another will not be eligible. Chamber plans are not included. Any group that cancels within 12 months of the renewal date will be recouped. Incentive payments will be made the month following the effective date, and enrolled contract counts will be used off the second month’s billing statement. Qualifying renewal business will be calculated using BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina Legacy and/or Blue Spectrum and BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina Business BlueEssentials℠ (ACA) or BlueMeasure℠ plans.
