BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina will issue updated ID cards to small group members at plan renewal. The updated ID cards will reflect 2024 deductibles, maximum out-of-pocket costs, and other basic plan benefits.

We are notifying group leaders via email (linked here) about the updated ID cards. As a reminder, members can always access their ID card and download a copy via the My Health Toolkit app.
